I had the same exact problem. The label is under the spare tire cover in the trunk, but even though I finally found the label, it doesn't show the paint codes. I looked it up online, and for the 1994 Buick Skylark, the codes are listed as: WA127A Med Cloisonne Met Exterior WA8555 Black Exterior WA8774 Brt Red Exterior WA8979 Med. Garnet Red Met.
