The 2001 Pontiac Grand Am 2.4 liter engine PCV valve is located on the firewall. The valve will be on the drivers side firewall in the engine compartment.
You can find the PCV valve beneath the MAP sensor located in the plenum at the right front of the engine.
how do you change a brake booster valve to a 1998 Pontiac transport
You can find the low pressure valve for your 1994 Pontiac Transport on the top of the air conditioner compressor. The low pressure valve will have a blue top.
Hi,I asked the same question for my 3.8 liters Pontiac Transport 1994, and was told at the concessionnary garage that there is no PCV valve to replace on my engine....that answer from the garage manager and parts dept. people.Pacman
It's the pcv valve (pressure control valve), and it's located on top of the engine block to the right hand side, can't miss it.
where is the expansion valve located
on a 1998 Pontiac gan am ,they do not have a pcv valve.
On a 1994 Pontiac Grand Am with a 2.3L engine, the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PVC) valve is typically located on the valve cover. It is often positioned near the rear of the engine, connected by a hose to the intake manifold. You may need to remove the hose to access and inspect the PVC valve.
Pontiac PVC Valve is located on the Driver's side rear valve cover.
To change the PCV valve in a 1998 Pontiac Transport, first locate the valve, which is typically found on the valve cover or connected to the intake manifold. Disconnect the hose attached to the old PCV valve, then twist and pull the valve out of its socket. Replace it with a new PCV valve, making sure it fits securely, and reconnect the hose. Finally, start the engine to ensure proper installation and check for any leaks.
