Should be at the bottom or rear of the radiator or remove the lower radiator hose

On a 1995 Ford Aerostar : Follow the top radiator hose from the radiator ( I know on the 4.0 liter V6 the hose will connect to a metal pipe that is part of the thermostat housing that is bolted to the front of the engine ) The engine cooling thermostat is inside the housing
at the bottom of the radiator either side
I usually pull off one end of the lower hose if the radiator petcock is hard to get at or stuck; it is usually easier and it is much faster in most cases.
The drain outlet on a 1995 Buick Skylark radiator is typically located at the bottom of the radiator, on the driver's side. It usually features a petcock or a drain valve that can be turned to release coolant. To access it, you may need to lift the vehicle or remove any obstructions. Always ensure the engine is cool before attempting to drain the radiator.
