pop up your hood. look directly down and you'll see a cover that is over it that is connected to where your hood latches. It'll take Allen wrenchs or a socket set to get it out. and the drain is on the left bottom corner of your front grille. my Jeep has a bit knocked out of the grille to have easier access.
