The reset is in radio controls. Turn radio off, push and hold dsp button until screen goes to settings. Could take several seconds, be patient. Once at settings, use seek or scan button to scroll through menu. Once on subject you want hit number one preset button then dsp button to reset or change setting. When done scroll to exit and hit dsp button again.
