Follow the hose coming out of the bottom of the radiator, it goes under the oil pan up under the exhaust manifold. I had that part out to get my oil pan off and it looks like thermostat up there. You need to take of the shield over the manifold to get at the bolts holding it on. I'm not sure if it is the thermostat but sure looks like one.

the thermostat is located behind the water pump. there are 2 8mm bolts holding it in. unscrew, pull old thermostat out, put new one in and put back together. Simple - 9 I would have given it a 10 but the bottom bolt can be a pin to get to.
