manual transmissions dont come with dip sticks. the only way to check them is to find its fill port. it will be up from you drain port.
you dump rite down the dipstick tube
There is no dipstick for the transmission. It has a check valve on the side of the pan.
In the center rear of engine.
Its the transmission dip stick tube is how you add transmission fluid.
Unfortunately there isn't one.
The transmission dipstick on a 1994 Pontiac Sunfire is located on the left side of the engine. It connects to the transmission via a long tube which also allows for adding transmission fluid.
One of them is behind the instrument cluster and the other is on the side of the transmission. Ray
It doesn't have one but they can check the transmission fluid at any place that does oil changes
Where
The transmission dipstick is located about 1.5-2ft from the fender on the drivers side, about at the back of the engine, in front of the windsheild/firewall.. it's sometimes yellow, or black. it's also pointing upwards at an angle
Some early model Sunfires have a dipstick. In my '96, the dipstick is located near the firewall, down and inboard from the brake fluid reservoir.
It's a sealed system so there is not dipstick. If it slips, take it in...if it's leaks take it in. I personally hate that ;-)
