turn signal & wiper relay for a 1998 Chevy blazer
Check the turn signal relay. The four way flasher and the turn signals each have their own relay. It has a fuse for the turn signal
If the turn signal bulbs light but will not flash, the flasher relay is defective, replace it.

probably have a bad relay, that was my problem.. Are your turn signals not working, but your hazards lights are? and if so, do you hear a constant clicking sound, like your turn signal is turned on? Does the clicking sound go away when you hit the brakes? It is the relay.
turn signal arm
The turn signal relay on a 2001 Chevy Tahoe is located behind the lower dashboard on the driver's side. It is just to the left of the cigarette lighter.
I believe it is in your glove compartment there is an access to your flasher.
It can be blown fuse, defective turn signal Flasher Relay, or blown bulbs. In rare instances it can be a defective turn signal switch.
