Intake valves are larger than exhaust valves, and are aligned with the intake runners on the intake manifold.

the bigger valve is always the intake valve on any car......you have a 350 so its a v8 so you have 8 intake valves and 8 exhaust valves ..........

NO. The intire fuel system, Heads, Intake and valve train / cam and lifters are DIFFERENT.
yes they will bolt on to the block. valve train will be the same. valve covers will be the same. but you will have to buy a different intake manifold. the bolt pattern and gaskets for the intake is different. there are aftermarket parts available for this swap
