On a 2003 Ford Expedition ( according to the Owner Guide )

( fuse # 41 is a 20 amp fuse for the OBD II diagnostic connector and the

cigarette lighter )

* in the passenger compartment fuse panel / power distribution box located in the front passenger footwell , behind the kick panel ( the kick panel swings out for removal )

* the kick panel is the interior trim panel , in front of the front door , beside the passengers feet
