Constant temperature change due to fluctuating current/amperage draws weaken the metal inside fuses over time rendering the fuse unable to handle the rated load
check your fuses or it could be the break switch which is at the bottom of the break pedal.
To check the fuses on a 1999 Harley Davidson motorcycle, use a fuse puller to pull each fuse out. Look at the side of the fuse to see if there is a break in the filament inside. If there is a break in the filament the fuse is blown.
first check uour fuses in the right front floor column. then the break switch on the break peddle,
check the switch at the break peddle

Fuses are electrical components that break open when excess power is fed into it. This, in turn, helps to protect sensitive circuitry that would have been destroyed by the excess current flowing through it.
If its not the fuses and you are getting power to the lights its most likely your ground not making contact. Clean all connections and try again.
The switch is located on the driverside just past the fuses towards the break pedal.
A circuit breaker is not a type of fuse. While both serve the purpose of protecting electrical circuits from overloads and short circuits, a fuse operates by melting a wire to break the circuit, while a circuit breaker can be reset after tripping. Other examples of fuses include cartridge fuses and glass tube fuses.
The lysosome fuses with a vesicle for the purpose of digestion within the cell. Lysosomes contain enzymes that break down molecules into smaller components that can be used by the cell for energy or recycled for other processes.
A low break capacity fuse typically refers to its ability to interrupt a circuit at lower fault currents, but it does not directly indicate whether it is fast or slow blow. Fast-blow fuses are designed to react quickly to overcurrents, while slow-blow fuses can tolerate temporary surges without blowing. The break capacity and the blow speed are separate characteristics, so a low break capacity fuse can be either fast or slow blow depending on its design.
