There are two reasons. The first is the bulbs may be blown and the second is the fuse may need replace also.
i dont know anything
the high beam indicator is only on when the high beams are on
Low beams - high beams only light up the snow or fog which further impairs vision.
You have a bad blower motor resister.........
Take your car in to have it checked. Turn signals should work without high beams.
Sounds like the dimmer switch is shot and needs replacing.
your bulbs are burnt out. when you switch on the high beams its only the high beams. but when you flash your brights it lights up both high and low beams.
If you look closely to your bulb. Their is two wires in side. Only one comes on when switch is turned to low beams. Then switched to high beams both wires light up.
Fuse or dimmer switch is the only answer i can think of if lights come on but just won't go from high to low or visa versa
Your headlights are burnt out. Ever see a car coming at you with their high beams on and when they turn them off they only have one or none. Check with the parts store but that would be the easiest problem
Low beams and fog lights if equipped. High beams only light-up the fog more.
