Bad starter.

AnswerYes, I concur. If you need to drive it, try rapping on it with a hammer, the vibrations may help free it. Did this with my probe once, and it turned over after a minute or so of pounding. But get a new starter quickly.

Sounds like your battery is dead if u replaced the battery with a new one and it happens then u have a bad alternator.
