I am having the same problem.. I have already had to replace the intake manifold gasket cause it was leaking, still no heat. We will be flushing out the heater core to see if that's the problem. I may have to replace the heater core, we will see.

go to website coloradok5.com and look in their tech section. they have very detailed instructions on changing a heater core in a Blazer....should be exactly like your suburban. its kind of a pain but worth the money you'll save over paying someone else to do it.
