Ok you have a problen that is pretty serious. It is a very good chance that the Throttle Body needs to be replaced ..many Dodge dealers are aware of this problem and as long as they have the part it can be replaced in a flash. you can do this yourself its pretty easy. I had the same problem with my 2003 There is a service bulletin out on this
