What year? Is it a non turbo, IDI or power stroke 7.3?
Take your car to a Ford Dealer and have them correct the speedometer programming. The car should loose power at around an indicated 130 MPH. Hope this helps! Radioman
Run the truck backwards to about 10 Mph, hit you brakes very hard. This will adjust your brakes in general.
pickup speedometer does not register from a cold start. Shifting lurches and then all evens out after about 30 mph
