I don't know if this info .will help, but anti freeze raises the boiling point of water much higher than 212 degrees. whan water boils it turns to steam,this may cause your fluid loss, the steam may escape through the overflow. pure water could also cause overheating of the engine, and do much harm.
water boils at 100o C.but room temperature may not rise to that much. only after boiling it may be converted to the gaseous state.
