Bad MAP sensor, fuel pressure regulator blown / bad, O2 sensor. coolant sensor bad. Check these things out FIRST. If you don't find your problem here then Please ask us your question again

No more then 0.060 and then it starts trying to RUN HOT on you.
The engine will not run.
later model 350's run thermostats around 195 degrees, but older 350's didn't run that hot of a thermostat. I've seen them as low as 160 to 180 degrees on older 350's.
