Its pretty likely this is just because you ran the air conditioner. Look at where the water drops from. Its probably on one side below the A/C condenser unit which gets condensation on it. (if its dripping near the front bumper, you may have a radiator problem )
I have seen this on my jeep Cherokee, and in past vehicles, so I wouldn't worry about.
