Aux Power Outlet fuses can blow due to a system short (not likely), a metalic object getting into the outlet and shorting the terminals together (which is why most manufactures provide a tethered cap) or a device being used which exceeds the Amp rating of the fuse (typically 20A). Such devices include power inverters that convert 12v DC to 115V AC typically used in conjunction with an entertainment appliance such as a game boy or other device.
If the power outlet stops working, the fuse has blown. It is very easy to replace.
Check your manual to find out where the fuse is located. Most likely it will be in the dashboard fuse center or the under hood fuse center both of which are easy to locate and open.
Find the fuse for the Aux Power Outlet, pull it out and replace with the same size fuse. Most manufactures include spares which your manual should identify for you. If not, you can get them at an auto parts store or automotive section of bigger retail outlets like target, Meier, kmart, etc...
Pop in the new fuse, replace the fuse box cover and you should be good to go!
If you don't have a manual, located the fuse box(s) and look at the label under the cover. It will map and describe each of the fuses in the fuse box. Find and replace that way. Worst case pull each fuse one by one looking for the blown fuse and replace that one.
The fuse is typically located in an easily accessible fuse center under hood or oureasy to replace. and since it was probably your fault, don't take it to a dealership.

Your Coleman refrigerator cooler may keep blowing fuses due to a few potential issues. It could be drawing more power than the auxiliary circuit can handle, especially if the cooler is malfunctioning or if there are electrical shorts in the wiring. Additionally, if the cooler is not properly connected or if there's a problem with the vehicle's auxiliary power outlet, it could lead to blown fuses. Checking the cooler's power requirements and ensuring your vehicle's wiring is in good condition can help resolve the issue.
It is very common for the starter to be the cause of that fuse blowing.
If the 2003 Spectra keeps blowing a meter fuse when plugged in, the power source is probably not big enough to handle the voltage. An electrician will be able to rewire the meter fuse box so that the auto will no longer blow fuses.
