Maybe its gas comming into the exgust, then when your up to higher speed/load this gas is being burned. Other then that check your head gasket.
Excessive crank case blow by caused by worn piston rings
Over loaded engine, excessive fuel injected, injection timing improper,
Black smoke is caused by excessive fuel in the engine
Excessive heat, but what would cause that I don't know.
Trouble code P0402 means: Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Excessive Detected

Trouble code P0402 means: Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Excessive Detected
Excessive smoke from the exhaust, and an engine miss. If you remove a plug wire while the engine is at idle and the noise is gone or almost gone then that would indicate the cylinder that the piston is bad.
exhaust pipe connects to the exhaust manifold, which connects to the main engine.
Gas coming through the exhaust can indicate several issues, primarily related to the combustion process within the engine. Common reasons include incomplete combustion, which can lead to unburnt fuel or oil entering the exhaust system. Additionally, a malfunctioning catalytic converter or issues with the engine's air-fuel mixture can also cause excessive gases to escape through the exhaust. It's important to diagnose the specific cause to avoid potential damage to the engine or exhaust system.
A bad internal knocking sound; excessive smoke out of the exhaust pipe when running; overheating; no power on exceleration; these are a few of the first indications.
