If your Chevy van is not going in reverse, it could be due to several issues, such as a low Transmission Fluid level, a faulty transmission linkage, or a malfunctioning transmission itself. Additionally, problems with the shift solenoid or the gear selector could also prevent the vehicle from engaging in reverse. It's best to have a professional mechanic diagnose the issue to determine the exact cause and necessary repairs.
