If a 1999 Chrysler LHS steering wheel won't turn left, it could be due to several issues. Common causes include a malfunctioning Power Steering pump, low power steering fluid, or a jammed steering column. Additionally, problems with the steering linkage or suspension components could be contributing factors. It's advisable to have the vehicle inspected by a mechanic to diagnose and resolve the issue safely.
