My brother works in car sterero's for the past 40 years.I have Dodge factory install CD player that does the same thing off and on.He says they are junk, the problem is common.When this happens...I keep trying the eject button, so far its decided to work, though many times I think it has finally quit all together as it takes me a long time sometimes.I suggest to keep trying to make the CD play, If you have time let it play through for awhile, and then keep trying eject. Hopefully it will eventually eject.Otherwise just accept it is a low quality unit. And upgrade when you can.
