solinoid under the seat or seat motor could cost up to 600.00 howevwe could be loose wire or fuse relay Just spray some WD-40 around all the output shafts of all the motors under the seat and at the ends of the drive cables. Work the motors back and forth until it frees up the movement. These little motors are not that strong and when dirt builds up around the drive shafts and cables they can't move the heavy seat, especially with someone sitting in it. If you can't hear the motor trying to move, the fuse could be burned out, or the motor may not be working.
