They are located in the top of the head, thru the center of the valve cover. Not so easy to get to.
If the Bravada is not starting but the engine turns over, check for spark at the plugs. If there is no spark the ignition system will need troubleshooting to find the problem.

Start by changing the spark plugs
the vin number on a 1997 kia sportage is stamped on the right hand chassis rail just behind the start of the right front door facing outwards . you might need to clean with a wire brush

Start with the fuel pump and check the fuse(s), and then check the operation of the fuel pump. Check the electrical system of the car - check fuses, check wiring.
Does it turn over? Does it have fuel/spark/compression?
If it cranks, first confirm spark present
