Check the relay.
Turn signals work off of a flasher. Replace the flasher they are usually cheap. If that does not fix it check the signal switch. That is the thing that you use to turn on the turn signals. That is usually the problem.
Generally, the tail "light" and the tail light "blinker" are two different bulbs. Check the blinker bulb first. If it is OK, then it is likely a fuse to a flasher unit.

replace the rear bulb if one side is out, if you had a bad fuse none of your turn signals would work.

To fix a blinker light, first, check the bulb to see if it’s burnt out; if so, replace it with a new one. Next, inspect the fuse related to the turn signal system and replace it if it’s blown. If the bulb and fuse are fine, examine the wiring and connections for any damage or corrosion. If the problem persists, it may be best to consult a professional mechanic for further diagnosis.
