If you have automatic headlights, you may have someting laying on the dashboard blocking the sensor. If you pull in on the highbeams, and they fail to go out, then you will probably have a bad high/lo switch. I went to the Dodge dealership and explained the problem to the parts guy and he said it was the "daytime running light module". It is located under the hood on the firewall, near to the passenger side fender. $120.00cnd and 10 minutes work and the problem was solved! Thanks FARM. I'd just like to restate that it is the daytime running light module that requires replacing. I purchased one and replaced it (the parts guy knew what it was right away). The problem was solved in about 10 minutes... Thanks for the help.
