The odds are you need to recharge your ac. You can buy it with a pressure gauge at Walmart for $20 read the directions . it takes about 5 min

You may want to check for leaks first, especially around the lower right mounting bracket for the condenser. There were some issues with that mount causing cracks and leaks in the condenser. I have provided a link that shows what can happen.
