No it is too short.
When engaged in four wheel drive light flashes but wont engage the shaft locks but no four wheel actuator is not pushing out in my 97 tahoe?
If it is a 4-wheel drive theit will be on the rear of the transfur case where the drive shaft goes in it. The 2-wheel drives are on the transmission tail shaft.
iF IT'S A 2-WHEEL DRIVE THEN IT IS ON THE TRANSMISSION TAIL SHAFT HOUSING. IF IT'S A 4-WHEEL DRIVE THEN IT IS ON THE TRANSFUR CASE TAIL SHAFT HOUSING.
No, they are different.
Yes you can turn it with your hand when it is in 2-wheel drive ONLY.
NO. It has a speed sensor. You can find it bolted in the rear tail shaft housing on the transmission were the drive shaft goes into the transmission if it is a 2-wheel drive. If it is a 4-wheel drive then it will be bolted in the transfer case tail shaft housing were the rear drive shaft goes into the transfer case.
