If the noise is a clicking sound, chances are the CV shaft (or axle shaft) is bad. It supplies power from the trans axle to the wheel.
not sure sound like it comes from front suspension
Because it makes up for the most compact drivetrain, which leave as much space as possible for the passengers.
press the turning signal idiot
The front wheel bearing is bad. The sound will be more pronounced when turning one way but not the other. The bad bearing is on the side of the car opposite the turning since more weight is on that side of the car when turning.
posibly needs a new axle cv is bad
Car will not start, makes no sound. Battery is strong.
It is your front cv joint if it 4x4 or tie rod end.
Front drive axle joints bad
Are you sure the noise isn't in the front. Sounds like a right front wheel bearing, which is a common problem on these vans.
either it is broke or needs oil
Wheel bearing/hub assembly
In 4WD it will do this because it's trying to turn both front wheels at the same rate of speed thus "barking" the inside wheel of the turn
