I recommend just getting a rebuilt engine reinstalled. It will be cheaper. For starts the entire engine harness and computer will have to be changed. The transmission also will probably haveto be changed or adapted to handle the 5.4L. The motor mounts and radiator are different also.

After the car sits a while, the radiator starts to cool, creating a vacuum. Water/coolant is then pulled into the radiator from the coolant tank.
