What ways does the government not affect what you do?

They do not affect childrens lives much, especially because they are not that familiar with the system of government. They do not affect schools in the way that they make major decisions. They do not influence our personal and financial decisions, apart from the share market and industry. They cannot influence our voting decisions, such as what party and candidate we vote for. Government influences more major decisions in general, and do not interfere with our personal lives.

What are the rules of propinquity?

It means that the closer (physically) you are to the president, the more influence you have over the president and the decisions he/she makes or those in the room with the president at the time decisions are made have the most influence (those in the room have the most power). For ex: the cabinet are the closest people to the president and that is why they help the president make the decisions that help the country move forward.

What term matches this description the government makes all of the decisions and consumer choices are given little attention?

A government that makes all of the decisions and consumer choices are given little attention is an authoritarian government. Communism is just one type of authoritarian government. This is a characteristic of communism, as opposed to capitalism. The drawback to the communist system of government, as usually applied, is that the consumer is subject to the decisions of the government, and therefore to the needs of the populace as a whole. This does not give the individual much control over the type of goods that he is provided. This is more precisely a command economy, which used to be practiced as "communism" in the Soviet Union.

What makes a bicameral government different from a unicameral government?

The people (public) have more selection in what type of government is right for them. It their was a unicameral government their will only eveer be one party, whereas, if their were two parties their would be more offers and more competition, say their was a unicameral government, and they made an act which a majority of the public disliked, their would be nothing you could reallly do about it because their wouldn't be another party to elect to make better decisions.
