They began to bi*ch about how they were being mistreated. They threatened to start strikes just like little pu**ies would. Ever since the beginning of time have these BLACK mother*ckers whined about how they're being "mistreated"; this did not just start during WWII. They need to learn how to shut the f*ck up and stop complaining about how they were born black. Play the cards you're dealt in life.
Some would claim that it should be left entirely alone unless it is illegal discrimination. Most workplace discrimination is lawful or required. If there is strong evidence of race, sex, religious, age or disability discrimination, complain internally first. The employer MUST investigate and must eliminate illegal discrimination if it is found. Retaliation is illegal. Complaining to government is slow and ineffective, useful only as a step to a lawsuit at your own expense.

The best strategy is to be objective and deal with issues without bias. Including several objective opinions in dealing with a discrimination situation can be helpful to add different perspectives.
