My grandmother's step father, was a Dehaven. Basically, in the 1700's, Jacob Dehaven loaned George Washington's army $450,000in supplies and money, which was a TON back then, to keep the army from starving, freezing, etc, because he was a business man, and realized that if Britain won, his big business would fail. After the Revelutionary War ended, the government tried to pay him back in worthless paper money, but he refused, and wanted it all back in gold and silver. He argued it, but he died pennyless and was buried in an unmarked grave in the corner of his property. His decendants are still arguing for the gov. to repay them, in full, plus 200 and something years of interest. That's around 100 billion dollars. And it's pretty obvious to everyone the Dehaven family won't get it, even to them. So they've decided that they could accept part of the money, and a statue for Jacob Dehaven in Valley Forge, though they probably won't even get that, because a portion of the money would be at least a couple billion, which the gov. would rather spend on health care. So to answer your question: ALOT.
