If the toilet works each time on one flush, they use roughly half the water of a standard toilet. You would then use half as much a month on the toilet. They do not always flush completely on the first flush and the toilet is only a part of the water bill.
Unique means there is only one of them. With American Standard that isn't the case. Don't try to replace it with the same thing, get a new style and have much less problem.
The amount of water used in flushing a toilet varies depending on the model. Standard toilets typically use about 1.6 gallons per flush, while older models may use up to 3.5 to 7 gallons per flush. Therefore, flushing a toilet 20 times would use approximately 32 gallons for a standard toilet and potentially up to 140 gallons for an older model.
Toilet paper can absorb varying amounts of water depending on its composition and thickness, but on average, it can absorb about 5 to 10 times its weight in water. For instance, a standard roll of toilet paper weighing around 200 grams could potentially absorb 1 to 2 liters of water. However, the actual absorption rate may differ based on the brand and type of toilet paper used.
alone on average an american flushes down the toilet about 5 liters of water. so imagine how much things like showers or even brushing your teeth can waste.

To empty a toilet for removal, start by turning off the water supply valve located behind the toilet. Flush the toilet to remove as much water as possible. Use a plunger to push any remaining water down the drain. Next, disconnect the water supply line and unscrew the bolts securing the toilet to the floor. Carefully lift the toilet and empty any remaining water into a bucket. Dispose of the water properly and prepare the toilet for removal.
It takes 1 bucket of water when we flush.
Well this is a tuff one, I worked in plumbing for 3 years, and some people swear by "Toto" toilet. Its more for a upperclass house, and it has certain features that some dont, but anyone can have it.Its all about the $$$. But if you ask any regular joe smoe plumbler, they like "American standard." They are easy to fix and are economic when it comes to water saveing. joe hojasANS 2 - Toto IS the best reasonably priced toilet. They beat similar priced American Standard every time. I would have nothing but Toto in my home. They are no more difficult to fix than AS and always flush much more efficiently.
Toilets come in a variety of sizes. The weight of a standard toilet including the bowl and the tank can weigh from 80 pounds to 120 pounds on average.
