the founders and framers of the constitution expected the government to be mainly led by congress. they were fearful of having too strong of an executive branch abusing its powers, so they gave the legislators more authority to keep this from happening. the constitution displays the numerous abilities of the House and Senate to keep the other branches in check. hope this helps!
Legislative. The three branches of government were not intended to be coequal as we are lead to believe today. The legislative branch was meant to have the most power.
they expected congress to be the most powerful and the congress is in the legislative branch
Those who authored the U.S. Constitution anticipated that the legislative branch would be the strongest. In recent decades, it has been the executive branch that has grown stronger.
They intended to make every branch equal using the system of checks and balances.

I think that the Judicial Branch works within the government. I also think that the Judicial branch help all of the courts
i THINK that the separation of powers was when each branch of government were given equal power and none would ever become more powerful than the other.
They would be dumbfounded by how huge and powerful we have become, and they would be amazed at how successful their creation has proven to be. They would be very proud of many things, and probably saddened by many things too. I would like to think they they would agree that the system they put into place wasn't really designed for a government that has become so large and powerful. Things they put into place to act as reasonable checks and balances have instead become cumbersome, and perhaps dangerously so.
I think Judicial, but I'm not sure. :)
The legislative branch is discussed first and in greatest detail because it was meant to have the most power. The executive branch is next discussed at little length because it was not meant to be too powerful and meant to be protected against. The judicial branch is discussed last and least in depth because its role was not fully realized yet and its power was minimal.
IM NOT SURE
So no one branch of government would be too powerful.
There are three branches because they didn't want one branch to be to powerful:) I think!
legislative branchActually, some people think that the judicial branch is because it has the final say on laws and also interprets the law.
I think you have it wrong. The framers of the constitution wanted a federal government with limited powers. That was one of the reasons came here to get away from in England.
I think it could be............?
I think that the Judicial Branch works within the government. I also think that the Judicial branch help all of the courts
