Judicial Branch
The Judicial Branch consists only of the Article III (constitutional) courts, as follows:
the judical branch
The Judicial Branch
Judicial
To my knowledge it must be the Judicial Branch because the judicial branch carries the Supreme Court and their ones who decides if a law is constitutional.
Article I of the Constitution describes the structure of the legislative branch of government we know today.

The Judicial Branch is one of three independent parts of the US Government, and comprises the Article III constitutional courts. The primary responsibility of the judicial branch is to interpret and apply the laws, and ensure their constitutionality. The Judicial Branch comprises the US District Courts, the US Court of International Trade, the US Court of Appeals Circuit Courts and the Supreme Court of the United States. The US District Courts try both civil and criminal cases; the appellate courts consider appeals based on violation of federal law and infringement of constitutional rights.Supreme Court opinions help shape federal policy and determine the application of laws. The Court also resolves disputes between two or more states. For more information, see Related Questions, below.
The three branches of government are the executive, the legislative, and the judicial. The executive branch of government drafts regulations that are passed by the legislative branch of government, and the judicial branch enforces the laws passed.
Constitutional Monarchy
There is the Executive branch which signes the bill into law. There is the Judicial branch which makes sure before a bill is signed into law that it is constitutional . There is also the Legislative branch which makes the laws. That is it.
In rome the judicial branch of government serves for life. There are 27 of them so there can never be a tie when they vote. They are called justices. They decide if the law is constitutional (fair and follows the constitution), they DONT decide if someone is guilty or innocent.

Our system of Checks and Balances was set up in order to assure that no one branch of the government had more power than any other branch. The system of "Checks and Balances" is in our Constitution so that one branch of the government cannot take precedent over the others. It is there so the Executive Branch (president and cabinet) can't have power over the Judicial Branch (Supreme Court) or the Legislative Branch (Congress-House and Senate). It protects the American citizens from an take over of the government by one branch or another.
The judge follows the Constitutional protections given to the accused. She must also follow the rules of evidence and respect precedent.

I'm pretty sure that it is the executive branch. Incorrect, the judicial system determines whether the laws enacted by the senate/house and approved by the executive are constitutional.
The branch of government that is assumed to be least likely to bend to political pressure is the Supreme Court. They should remain impartial and fair at all times.
Because if not is will be not fair rule or law
Judicial makes sure they follow the Constitution and that they are fair.
