1st Amendment: Freedoms of Religion, Press, Speach, the right to assemble,and petition against the government.

2nd Amendment: Right to Bear Arms, act as a miltia

3rd Amendment: No soldier must be quartered (kept) in your home.

4th Amendment: Police need search warrants to search your home.

5th Amendment: The right to a grand jury, once accused and not convicted, cannot be charged with same crime again, unless you do it again. (example: you steal a tv and the police get a warrant and find the stolen tv in your home. they prosecute you and they do not win. They cannot retry you of the same crime unless they catch you in the act of stealing another tv.)

6th Amendment: Right to a speedy trial.

7th Amendment: If suits over $20, jury will be appointed.

8th Amendment: No excessive bail shall be set, nor excessive force in custody. (police cant torture you)

9th Amendment: (Dont really know, sorry *someone help me out*)

10th Amendment: Powers not stated by the Constitution are reserved to states and the people.
