A constitution is a collection of core rules and beliefs that a country or an organization is formed and being governed. It is commonly stated in a written form that is based upon the virtues and visions of its writers and people that will be under it.

What bothered the Antifederalists the most was that the Constitution had no way of guarunteeing peoples burthrights, or rights that cannot be taken away. This resulted in th creation of the first 10 Amendments, or the Bill of Rights, to acccompany the Contitution.
