Foreign Policies after 1945 include the Marshall Plan, the Truman Doctrine, containment of communism with in the U.S.S.R., and The establishment of NATO.
Robert Morris' "On Public Credit", an economic plan for the colonies, was submitted to the Continental Congress in 1781. The paper laid out a national funding plan with a reliance on direct taxation, including a head tax on slaves. There was no support for the taxation plan.
why did the coercive act fail
The total cost of the Marshall Plan including American grants and loans to the world from 1945--53, came to $44.3 billion. This amount includes aid to Asian countries such as India, Pakistan, South Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, and the Philippines in 1953. Also another $282 million went to the Middle East and Israel that was not part of the Marshall Plan.
how did the gov. fail to achieveits goal of assimililation for american indians
Harvey Mackay said, "Failures don't plan to fail; they fail to plan."
Yep.... Just that the phrase doesn't really make sense, you can't not plan (fail to plan) and plan to fail, i mean, what he hell
win then
you should have a comma after "plan" and "fail" should have an "s" at the end. Irony FAIL!
True. You can succeed without a plan, but with a prepared mind.
Sam tan
why did they drop-a-crop plan fail
Because if you fail to plan, you plan to fail...
I believe the quote is actually "If you fail to prepare then you are preparing to fail" and it would be Benjamin Franklin.
plan to fail , or fail to plan. u choose
For example: You plan to not study for a final exam and therefore plan to fail the exam you really didn't succeed at planning, did you? in the end you didn't really plan anything at all making your plan a failure.
I assume you are talking about the same instance- If I fail to plan my history project, then I planned to fail my history project" I do not agree- the way I look at this, if you have failed to plan, you must have already failed all together, because you cannot fail to plan until you have lost your ability to plan. This means you already had to do that "history project" on the last day, which means you failed to plan. You did not however, plan to fail, and if you did that was a conscious choice you made, and you are a complete and total idiot. In essence, unless you had reason to fail, wanted to fail, and planned on failing ahead of time, you did not plan to fail JUST BECAUSE you failed to plan. This is a very situational and very opinion based question... there is no definitive answer.
