The other 1% Do not exist because Werewolves and Vampires would not need nor want to advertise. All legends hold some fact so it is possible that they are out there. Look into Skin Walkers the Native American culture still believes quite strongly in these. Also understand that belief and faith have power. Cultures who worship anything put this energy out and it takes shape. So the more worshippers an Idle has the more energy and at some point it can make the Idle manifest. IE Gods/Demons/Angels/ (Vampires/WereWolves) So believe have faith, becareful and Happy Hunting.
