well, if it has good enough toes, it could've climbed the walls in the sewer and followed the pipe to lead to your toilet. but if its skin was slimy enough, it's toes would cling onto the pipe so when you flush it stays on. Another way probably is if you kept a door open to outside and your bathroom door was open also, the frog could've gotten into the house and thought the toilet was a pond. it needs to stay wet so it probably needed to moisturize its skin. if this ever happens, don't flush it down. try to get it out as quick as possible because if it is a female, it might have eggs in the toilet.
