I am looking for an answer to this as well. If you find one, please let me know. The only thing I can find is to have a float at the edge so the frogs & toads can escape. I was also going to put a small float in the skimmer baskets too. Thanks
Answ:: Someone, in the pool trade, makes a small ramp for dogs, pets for pools that attaches at or near the steps. Dogs cannot see the regular pool steps when they are in the water. At this point in time I cannot remember what the item is called or who makes it. Try "pool dog ramp" on Google.
It is called pool dog ramp or scamper ramp. k
spongebob:) Edit: The victim could float face-down or face-up, regardless of their gender.
Don't even think about that. Drowning is a horrible thing and everyone should know that
it can float.... so a dog can hold onto it if it's drowning
Animals float due to their body composition and density. Some animals have built-in flotation devices, such as air sacs or blubber, while others have light bodies or special adaptations that allow them to stay buoyant in water. Additionally, animals may adjust their body position or use their limbs to help them stay afloat.
Yes, one example will be: add salt to the water.
anything you want that can float. You can be creative.
In water, anything will become weightless. That is why we can float/swim!
Same reason it endangers many other aerobic (air-breathing) animals who live at/near the sea - the oil interferes with natural oils produced by the animal for buoyancy - reduced ability to float or swim (drowning).
Yes. Quicksand is equal opportunity non-discriminatory. Anything that won't float on top or that can float on top but struggles and moves so that its weight per surface area increases enough will sink.
There called tectonic plates, and they do not float on anything.

Common metal earring don't float in water. However, you could design on that float by make it hollow. Jewellery design is unlimited, long as it can hung beautifully then anything could be possible, even using plastic to make an earring. I would think the back of the earring could be light and flat enough to be supported by the surface tention of water.
