In the final battle? Either a draw, or Sage Naruto. Right now, to me, Sasuke is stronger than Naruto, his Mangekyo is way overpowered (Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu and Susano), and I don't see a counter for them at the moment, but Naruto will probably think of something when the time comes.
Itachi's gift might, finally, make an appearance when the two duke it out, maybe it is a counter for the Amaterasu? Seeing as Itachi transplanted the Amaterasu in Sasuke's eyes and gave Naruto the 'gift' just in case Sasuke attacks Konoha. But that is only Amaterasu, Itachi didn't transplant his Susanoo and Tsukuyomi into Sasuke, meaning he wouldn't know that Sasuke would develop them.
And what of Sasuke's condition? Sasuke is nearly blind, and I doubt Kishimoto-sama wants to make Naruto vs Sasuke the most epic thing ever, it wouldn't be that epic if Sasuke showed up practically blind. And their is only one cure for the blindess, transplanted a Mangekyo from a sibling, so that raises the question; well Kishimoto give Sasuke the 'Eternal' Mangekyo?
But what will be the fate of Naruto and Sasuke after the fight? Naruto wants to die with Sasuke, but it would mean the ending of the manga. And I think Naruto would rather die then kill Sasuke, which leaves one outcome, Sasuke's revival.

Sage mode increases speed and strength and Sauske's mangekyou sharingan is used for ninjutsu and genjutsu. So I would go with Naruto.

In a fight between Naruto and Sasuke currently they are both gaining new abilities and powers, Sasuke will obtain his Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan and Naruto will gain full control over the Nine tails Chakra. Sasuke no longer has the curse mark's powers and Naruto acquired the ability of Sage Mode. Sasuke does have multiple mangekyou jutsus and might put up a fight against Naruto. But Naruto does have much more Chakra naturally and along with the Sage Mode chakra and the Nine Tails, his Chakra far outweighs Sasuke's. Even if Sasuke was to put up a fight he wouldn't last nearly as long as Naruto could. In the end it only matters how fast Sasuke can end the fight or how long it will take Naruto to end the fight!

I have to disagree with you. Sure Sage mode is powerful and Naruto's newsest shuriken rasengan is amazing but you have to account for all of sasuke's newest abilities too. Sasuke's major powers include: his ocular powers with his new sharingan mangekyou, Kirin ( Dragon made of lightning), the black flames of the sasuke amaterasu and the powers Itachi gave his unlocking sasuke's susanoo. When you look at sheer talent and power Sasuke wins; his eyes are too strong for naruto to beat.
