Ambiator is a coined name for indirect Direct Evaporative Cooling and it belongs to me. I designed India's first IDEC system called "Weather Changer" in 1990 and it was unveiled in at the First ACREX held at Bangalore.

Ambiator was name coined by a class of MBA students for me at Hyderabad in the year 1995 when I launched the product commercially.Ambiator uses ambient [aero-therma]energy to create acceptable indoor ambiance.
