Etruscans
There may have been some rich Etruscans in Rome. However, the notion that Rome come under Etruscan domination for a period of time is a myth created by historians in the 60s and 70s devoid of any evidence and which is getting more and more discredited. Therefore, the Etruscans were not the rich in Rome.
The patricians were a very rich class. They originated with Romulus describing members of the leading clans of Rome in his days as patres familias and assembling them in the senate. They saw themselves as the nobility. Over time non patrician clans became rich and eventually they formed part of the patrician-plebeian nobility. The plebeian nobility eventually became the equestrian order, the lower of the two noble classes.
Orininally ownership of large landed estate was the source of wealth. Over time trade, ownership of workshops and military loot and slave trade also became sources of wealth. Wealth spread beyond the nobility, though usually at a lower level.
