On the farming aspect,the ancient Egyptians have invented many farming tools like shaduf,sickle and ploughs,they also build reservoirs and canals for better transportation and irrigation.

To count time,the clever ancient Egyptians have invented water-clock and sundials.They also made a calender of 365 days by observing movements of sun and stars also as the flooding cycle of the Nile.

They were the first person in the world to invent paper.They used reeds to make pens,boats and papers.They make pens from steam of reed and ink from crushed coal and other minerals mixed with water.They have also invented hieroglyphics as writing.However it was very hard that only a few people could learn.Then the hieroglyphics was simplified into demotic script.It allowed more people to learn.

Certainly pyramids are one of the greatest invention of ancient Egytians.The most famous one is the Great Pyramids which was built in 2680BC.The Great Sphinx is built near it to protect it.The Great Sphinx has a body of lion and face of human.It is built by pharaoh Khafre in 2500BC.
