Many organic farms do not need to treat their animals nearly as much as inorganic farms do. Since the organic farms keep their animals more spaced out and in cleaner living conditions, less animals get sick compared to the farms that pack in their animals. They are like people, when we are living normal lives we rarely need antibiotics, but when you pack a bunch of people together and make them sleep where there urinate and other things, they will get sick a lot faster and more often.

Difference between organic and inorganic animals?

Organic animals are living organisms that are composed of organic compounds, such as proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. Inorganic animals, however, do not exist as animals in the traditional sense, as animals are by definition organic beings. Inorganic substances can have animal-like structures or functions, but they are not considered animals.

Why do vegans believe it is unethical to consume organic dairy from grass-fed pasture cows and organic eggs from free roaming hens?

Unfortunately, even "free range" animals are often not treated very well. Basically, if a cow has access to outside, even if it's a tiny space, it's technically free range. There may also be health reasons in why they became vegan, in which case they wouldn't want to eat eggs/dairy anyway. In the case of dairy and eggs from animals that are confirmed to be treated well, I think the idea is that vegans believe that animals should not be exploited to produce food for human consumption... even if they are treated well. Sorry, I don't really understand vegan opinion in this case, either.
