Just don't let them in the kitchen. Or Don't let your child go near the hob or oven when heating or hot and don't let her/he near the electricity bit like near the kettle when it's boiling. Or don't ler her/him near broken sockets or dangerous sockets that are working. And always turn off the sockets and electricity once your done ;)
Yes pressure cookers are safe around kids. What parents must do is keep any child from knocking the cooker off of the stove. If the cooker falls off the stove it may release it's pressure.
By keeping him or her behind you
It is safe to keep a kitchen slicer in the home with young children around, as long as you make sure it's stored in a safe place. If the children are not allowed to use the slicer, make sure that the only time it is out is when it's being used by an adult, and when it's not, store it up high or in a locked cabinet.
Make the child feel welcome in school. Make them feel safe by telling them that you will keep them safe. Then you will gain their trust and they will start talking to you.
Don't spend it on stupid things. Keep it in a safe spot.

The use of the child proof cabinet locks are safe if you keep cabinet locks out of way of child, use keys to secure cabinet, & give specific people keys.
Laminating paper will keep the projects safe from dust and yellowing. Scrapbook pages are another good option to keep safe from debris and destruction.
Because if you take your eyes of them for one second, they may get hold of something dangerous. It's always important to make sure that the child is safe and unable to do that.
